the lovely Arabella Beatty, a Parsons grad and NYC based designer, put out an amazing collection of jewelry for the Resort 2011 season (sorry for the late update!).
i am personally obsessed with the idea of stacked friendship bracelets, mismatched shapes and sizes and interweaving textures. these pieces hit all those marks. the collection revolves around punchy colored bungee cord wrapped up in metal chains- and for me, the chunkier the better.

shop more styles on Arabella’s blog or you can check them out for sale at Opening Ceremony online.
:: if you are in NYC you can also check the collection out at the Opening Ceremony SoHo store.

i am in love. Daphne Groeneveld and french actor Pascal Greggory are shot by Peter Lindberg and styled by Irina Marie in this breathtaking editorial for the September issue No. 126 of Numero Magazine, Hommage a Wim (Tribute to Wim).
amid clouds and a wind-induced deserted boardwalk, Daphne appears as an angel unable to leave earth and the one she loves. the chemistry is amazing and jumps off the page. i honestly can’t look at these images enough.

when I think of Nickelson images are conjured up of grey hair, a heavy mustache, tattoo sleeves and one amazing calf. tell me the last fatherly-aged, grey haired, mustached man you were this attracted to?
a daper gentleman, Wooster is both masculine and elegant at the same time. a poise and style all his own, street style photographers are never disappointed by Nick’s exposure to his tatted up arms, buttoned up collars or ever changing specs. craving more Nickelson? check out this interview with the “street style demi-god” on GQ and his inspiring Tumblr here.
